【反兴奋剂组织证实孙杨案将重审】日前，世界反兴奋剂机构12月23日发声明：已获悉瑞士联邦法庭决定支持中国游泳运动员孙扬改判申请，融易资讯网（ironge.com.cn）消息，并撤销CAS小组在今年2月对其做出的禁赛裁决。世界反兴奋剂组织表示，会积极采取行动，在案件回到国际体育仲裁法庭后，继续陈述其立场。
此前，世界反兴奋剂机构(WADA)向国际体育仲裁法庭起诉中国游泳运动员孙杨和国际泳联(FINA)。仲裁法庭于2020年2月28日裁决孙杨因“拒绝配合样本取样人员”禁赛8年。根据国际体育仲裁法庭的规定，如果对裁决结果不满，可向瑞士联邦法院提出上诉。
